Ottawa Chiropractor : Your Second Visit

At your report, Ottawa Chiropractor Dr. Paul Groulx will explain what was found.

The Doctor's Report

During the Doctor’s Report, you will have the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Groulx to view your x-rays.

You will learn:

  1. How much damage (if any) there is in your spine
  2. How this is affecting your health
  3. Whether it is correctable or not.

If it is correctable, he will then discuss:

  1. How long it will take to correct
  2. How often you will need treatment
  3. The financial investment required.

At that point you will decide what you would like to do.

It is critical that your spouse be present for the report. This will help those closest to you, fully understand your health condition and care regimen. The result is a stronger support system and accelerated healing time.

Your First Chiropractic Adjustment

If you choose to initiate chiropractic care, you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment! For many, the moments leading up to their first chiropractic adjustment is scary (ask Dr. Groulx how scared he was before his first adjustment!) but almost invariably everyone walks away with a feeling of relief. Relieved that the adjustment was "no big deal after-all" and relieved that their health is on the mend!

Adjustment Visits, which make up the bulk of your care, are brief.

Dr. Paul Asks some important questions of interest to Ottawa residents - Chiropractor Ottawa Dr. Paul Asks...

Do chiropractors prescribe medications for the pain?
No. Chiropractic is a drug-free approach to better health. Instead, we rely on natural methods. We can show you how to use ice to control pain. When properly applied, ice can have an analgesic effect without the unwanted and sometimes dangerous effects of pain medications.
Can a chiropractor heal?
There's never been a case in which a doctor (chiropractor or otherwise) has formed scar tissue, mended a broken bone or cured a headache. Only you can do that. Turns out you're the doctor! All I do is help remove interferences to your body's healing ability. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
